Cancellation Policy.
We understand that life happens, however we require a minimum of 3hrs notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to notify of a cancellation within 3hrs means you will be charged $50 of the initial appointment cost. Cancellations within 1 hour of your appointment time will be charged $50 of the initial appointment cost. This is non-refundable or transferrable.
Cancellations due to COVID must be made with at least 12hrs notice. You will still be charged $50 of initial appointment cost however this will be deducted from the total of your next appointment. Less than 12hrs will result in a $50 fee of initial appointment cost - non-refundable or transferrable.
Please shower before you come in for your massage and ensure your feet are clean.
No shows will not be tolerated. With limited appointments available, if you cannot attend your appointment, please contact us immediately. No shows will be charged $50 of appointment cost.
Running Late: If you are running late please contact us immediately. If you are later than 15 minutes to your appointment, please note that we have the right to cancel your appointment after this time and you will be charged as a no show.
If you are less than 15 minutes late to your appointment you are still welcome to go ahead, however you will receive the service less your late time, it will still finish as per the booking schedule (i.e. for a 60 minute appointment if you are 10 minutes late you will receive 50 minutes of massage for the price of the 60 minutes).
