Drawing on years of hands-on experience, Siwan combines a variety of techniques including remedial massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, stretching, and dry needling. REMEDIAL THERAPIST
Meet Adam, Adam is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist who provides personalised treatments tailored to each client’s needs. He specialises in remedial massage, deep tissue, sports massage, dry needling, and cupping, combining clinical knowledge with a passion for helping people reduce pain, recover from injury, and improve their wellbeing.
He works with a diverse range of clients, from managing everyday tension to supporting athletes, including the Geelong Cats AFL and AFLW teams. Adam is known for his attentive approach, adapting treatments to deliver effective, long-lasting results.
Known for his comfortable and soft approach, Adam ensures every client feels relaxed and supported throughout their treatment. Adam creates a supportive and professional environment where clients feel heard and empowered to take charge of their recovery and health.

We are Megan and Bryan, the proud owners and locals of the Surfcoast, having called Torquay home since 2016. This is where we raised our three children and built strong connections within the community we love. Megan brings a background in Massage Therapy and a genuine passion for creating a beautiful, welcoming space where everyone can experience the benefits of both Thai and Remedial Massage.

Together, we share a strong commitment to community involvement, with close ties to Torquay parkrun, Surfcoast Suns Football/Netball Club, Surfcoast Basketball, the Active Men’s Club (AMC) and local run clubs.
